We’ll start with a conversation about what you’re looking for; from neighborhoods and school zones to must-haves and deal-breakers. I’ll also walk you through financing options if you haven’t been pre-approved yet.
Market Education
I’ll explain how the local market works, what homes are selling for, and how to spot a good deal. You’ll go in prepared to move quickly and confidently when the right home shows up.
Home Search
I’ll send you a curated list of homes based on your criteria including private, pre-market, and off-market listings when available. We’ll schedule showings that work for your schedule.
Writing the Offer
When you’re ready to make a move, I’ll help you craft a strong, strategic offer. I’ll walk you through contingencies, timelines, and negotiation strategies to give you an edge.
Under Contract
Once your offer is accepted, I’ll coordinate with inspectors, lenders, attorneys, and other vendors to keep everything on track and make sure you feel informed every step of the way.
Closing Day & Beyond
You’ll get the keys and a new chapter begins. I’ll be there to celebrate, answer questions, and support you well after closing.
